Stackly integrates seamlessly with your favorite communication tools, Slack and Discord, to keep your team in the loop. Receive real-time notifications about team activity directly in your preferred channels.

Supported Integrations​

Slack​

Connect your Slack workspace to receive instant updates. You can choose specific channels for different types of notifications to ensure the right people get the right information.

Discord​

Integrate with your Discord server to broadcast team activities. Configure webhooks to send messages to dedicated text channels.

Notification Events​

Once connected, you can choose to receive notifications for the following activities:

🔗 URL Shortener​

  • Creation: When a new short link is created.
  • Update: When an existing link is modified.
  • Deletion: When a link is removed.

📝 Stack Notes​

  • Create: New notes created by team members.
  • Update: Edits made to existing notes.
  • Delete: Notes removed from the workspace.

📄 Web to PDF​

  • Generation: Successful conversion of a webpage to PDF.
  • Deletion: Removal of a generated PDF.

📇 Digital vCards​

  • Create: New digital business cards created.
  • Update: Changes to contact information or design.
  • Delete: Removal of a vCard.

🕸️ HTML Scraper​

  • Scrape: Completion of a scraping task.
  • Delete: Removal of scraped data.

  1. Navigate to the Integrations section in your Stackly dashboard.
  2. Select the service you want to connect (Slack or Discord).
  3. Click Connect and authorize Stackly to access your workspace/server.
  4. Select the Channel where you want to receive notifications.
  5. Toggle the specific Events you want to be notified about.
  6. Click Save to activate the integration.
